Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Fliphand. This policy provides clear and comprehensive information regarding our shipping services, delivery timeframes, fees, and related procedures. We aim to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly, securely, and reliably.

Delivery Coverage

Currently, Fliphand delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK). Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK may not be accepted at checkout or may be cancelled.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays)

  • Delivery Charge: FREE

Expedited Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

  • Delivery Charge: £60.00 (unless otherwise waived or discounted at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. You may also track your order by logging into your Fliphand account.

Couriers Used

We partner with reputable courier services including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, and other trusted logistics providers. The selected courier depends on the delivery address, shipping option chosen, and the size or value of the product.

Free Delivery Offer

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on all full-priced items unless otherwise stated. Fliphand reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Any individual present at the delivery address may sign for the parcel, and such signature shall be deemed valid proof of delivery.

Alternative Shipping Address

Customers may specify an alternative delivery address different from their billing address at checkout. Once an order has been submitted, delivery address changes cannot be made.

Missed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed, the courier will leave a calling card and attempt redelivery or provide instructions for rescheduling. In some cases, parcels may be delivered to a neighbour, with notice left at the delivery address.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you have purchased becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 7 days. You may choose to receive a refund, select a substitute item, or wait for restocking. Product availability is displayed on individual product pages.

Non-Deliverable Addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, as all deliveries require a physical signature upon receipt.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders delivered within the UK are not subject to import duties. If international shipping is introduced in the future, customs duties and taxes may apply and will be payable by the recipient in accordance with local regulations.

Delivery Delays & Liability

While we endeavour to meet stated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, or unforeseen operational disruptions.
If delivery exceeds 10 working days for standard delivery or 6 working days for expedited delivery, please contact us immediately. Although we are not responsible for consequential losses, Fliphand may, at its discretion, offer partial compensation such as an expedited shipping upgrade or store credit.

Seasonal or Peak-Period Deliveries

During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other promotional events, delivery times may be extended due to increased courier volumes. Customers are advised to place orders early and select expedited shipping where urgency applies. Fliphand is not liable for delays caused by predictable seasonal surges but will actively monitor courier performance and communicate in the event of widespread disruption.

Future International Shipping (Planned)

While Fliphand currently ships only within the UK, we are actively preparing to introduce international shipping, particularly across Europe and selected global markets. This includes customs compliance, VAT handling, and multilingual customer support. Once available, this policy will be updated with eligible destinations, delivery timelines, fees, and applicable regulations.
